Royal Reels Casino - Live chat is just a bot

I don’t really see what’s the point of offering a live chat tool if it’s bot-based… I wish I could talk to a real person, a real assistant instead. I would give this casino 5/5 but at this point, it’s 4/5. I hope they fix this.
