I think there are only 2 ways to go about it: Either set aside the amount of money that you won't regret loosing or don't count your losses at all.
And don't ask me which type i am 😅

Just focus on having fun, everything you win is just some extra fun. I just go to the pub to have some fun and a couple of drink, meet some weird people and have a laugh about it, if I win, great, if I don't great as well as long as I had fun

I don't worry at all because I never lose more than I can afford to lose. As long as I am within this limit I am perfectly fine and I have just pure fun!
